This Scanpan CTX 2 Piece Frying Pan Set is made up of a 20cm and 26cm Frying Pan. Each pan has a 5-ply multi-layer construction of aluminium and stainless steel for optimum heat distribution without hot spots.
Suitable for all hob types, including induction, these frying pans are also oven proof up to a temperature of 260°C.
